东风汽车车轮有限公司始建于1969年，隶属于东风汽车零部件(集团)有限公司.由十堰工厂、随州工厂、东风襄阳旋压件有限公司三个主要生产基地组成。总部在十堰。公司占地面积34 67万平方米、其中工业面积21 63万平方米。主要生产汽车车轮。旋压皮带轮及冲压件产品。

　　公司钢制车轮年生产能力为1140万套，车轮产品共62个系列近400件品种，覆盖重、中、轻、轿、微等各种车型及工程机械.形成型钢、滚型车轮全系列、多品种格局;旋压皮带轮生产能力600~-只.主要为商用车、乘用车和园林机械配套。公司拥有车轮产品生产线34条.其中5条从国外引进;拥有车轮产品工艺设备1029台，检测设备74台;拥有皮带轮旋压生产设备45台，检测设备12台。

　　公司技术力量雄厚，拥有成熟的板材冲压工艺、型钢车轮成型、滚型车轮成型、旋压等生产工艺。CAD、CAPP殛三维有限元分析等先进技术已广泛用于产品设计，可以为用户做适用性开发。产品开发周期2个月左右。

　　The project of two million sets light weight tubeless steel wheels, 100,000 sets of tubeless engineering wheels and four million sets variable cross-section high-strength tubeless steel wheels( fully automatic production line) have been put into production, achieving the aim of light weight, high-strength, high-load and low cost, which is in advanced technology bracket in the world.

　　The fully automatic production line is the first production line that adopts high-end laser welding technology in the wheel industry. It is also equipped with fully automatic cathodic electrophoresis coating line and also embraces ultrasonic de-rusting technology. The products fully meet requirements of environmental protection.
